I feel so blessed that I did not have to experience this as I child, I made it all the way to my 40’s! And I am not nearly as disabled as the people depicted in the fillms. I will continue in my own way to educate the people around me, both proffessionals, freinds and family. Some believe, some don’t. I can’t help but speak out so maybe someday this dreadful disease will be treatable if not curable. And please let there be help, so our lives are not financially destroyed by denials everywhere you turn. We are not depressed, we desperatley want to live!
